1. Order Processing & Shipping Times

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Time Estimates:
- Germany & EU: 3-7 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If there is a high order volume or an unexpected delay, we will notify you via email.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package on the courier’s website (DHL, UPS, FedEx).

If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days, please contact us.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at robert@duomondi.com.
3️⃣ We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

For missing shipments, allow 7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us.
